Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses. api99 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits apply based on your account verification level. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though bank processing times may vary. You may only deposit Funds that belong to you personally; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, and BNI accounts are completed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on banking holidays will be processed on the next business day.
First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take 1-24 hours for security review. Subsequent withdrawals are processed according to standard timelines. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests may be denied if your Account has outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonuses.

All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, game contribution percentages, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are clearly stated at the time of offer and must be fully satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become withdrawable.
Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 8x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount eight times). All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed after placement except in cases of obvious error as determined by api99 in our sole discretion. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sporting events; these limits are displayed within each game or market. api99 reserves the right to adjust limits without prior notice based on account activity or risk management considerations.
Sports betting rules follow industry-standard conventions. For football betting (bandar bola), if a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are typically void unless 90 minutes of play have been completed. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay; void selections are typically removed and odds recalculated. Asian Handicap (voor bola) rules follow standard market conventions including half-win and half-loss outcomes for quarter-handicap lines.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Funds:
api99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, or bonus abuse. Upon Account closure, any remaining genuine Funds (excluding Bonuses and associated winnings) will be returned to you following completion of necessary security checks. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened, and Users whose Accounts are closed for Terms violations are permanently banned from creating new Accounts.
All content on the api99 Platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, and trademarks are the property of api99 or our licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, api99 and our officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Funds in your Account at the time the claim arose.
api99 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, software malfunctions, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless api99 and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, your violation of any third-party rights, or any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with your Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where api99 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of api99 Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
